Daniel T. Kopec practices Community Association Law, Commercial Law, Product Liability, Construction Litigation, and Employment Law. He is admitted to practice in New Jersey, New York, and Pennsylvania.
Upon graduation from law school, he was a Judicial Clerk to the Honorable Barry M. Weinberg, Superior Court of New Jersey, Law Division, Camden County. While at Rutgers University School of Law, Camden, he was a member of the Rutgers Law Journal and was the author of the following articles: "Crude Legislation: Liability and Compensation Under The Oil Pollution Act of 1990," Rutgers L.J. 597 (1992) and "Search and Seizure: Updates in State Constitution Law," 23 Rutgers L.J. 947 (1992).
After completing his Judicial Clerkship Mr. Kopec was affiliated with Bressler, Amery and Ross, P.C. in Morristown and New York where he represented Fortune 500 Companies, smaller businesses and individuals in both State and Federal Courts.
He has extensive litigation experience.
